1.1. School Name and Location: The Canadian School of Electrolysis (the “School”) is located at 9108 Danforth Rd, Cobourg, ON K9A 4J8. The School operates from a dedicated facility on our property.
1.2. Course Offerings: The School offers various electrolysis courses including the Masterclass and Electrolass Plus, designed to provide comprehensive training in electrolysis.
2. Enrollment and Admission
2.1. Eligibility: To enroll in our courses, applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
2.2. Application Process: Prospective students must complete an application form, provide proof of educational background, and attend an online orientation session.
2.3. Acceptance: Enrollment is subject to acceptance based on the School’s admission criteria. The School reserves the right to reject applications at its discretion.
3. Tuition and Fees
3.1. Payment Terms: Tuition fees are due as per the payment schedule outlined in the enrollment agreement. Students are responsible for ensuring timely payment.
3.2. Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the School’s refund policy. Cancellations or withdrawals may incur fees as detailed in the refund policy provided upon enrollment.

4. Course Delivery
4.1. Format: Courses include a mix of online theoretical components and in-person practical training. Students must complete both components to graduate.
4.2. Attendance: Regular attendance is required. Absences must be reported to the School, and students are responsible for catching up on missed work. Catching up on missed work will come at an additional cost of $85.00 per hour.
4.3. Completion Requirements: Students must pass all quizzes and exams with a minimum score of 75% to receive a certificate of completion.
5. Conduct and Discipline
5.1. Behavior: Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the program without refund.
5.2. Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. Compliance: Students must adhere to all health and safety regulations while on School premises. This includes following hygiene protocols and using equipment responsibly.
6.2. Insurance: The School carries liability insurance, but students are encouraged to have their own personal health insurance.

Refund Policy
1. Overview
The Canadian School of Electrolysis (the “School”) is committed to providing high-quality education and training. Once you have reserved a spot in our course, it is exclusively yours, and the School invests significant time and effort into planning and preparing for each individual student. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity while acknowledging the commitment required to deliver exceptional education.
2. Enrollment Fees
2.1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance into the course. This deposit secures your spot in the program and is deducted from the total tuition fees.
3. Tuition Refunds
3.1. More than 30 Days Before the Course Begins: If you withdraw from the course more than 30 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund of any tuition fees paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
3.2. Between 14 and 30 Days Before the Course Begins: If you withdraw between 14 and 30 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the tuition fees paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
3.3. After the Course Begins: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the course has begun.
4. Additional Fees
4.1. Catch-Up Work: Students who need to catch up on missed work will incur an additional fee of $85.00 per hour for extra instruction or support.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Request Submission: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the School’s administrative office. The request should include the reason for withdrawal and any supporting documentation.
5.2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
